Ticketing Fees (via Exito Travel Services):
- 1–2 Tickets (All Airlines): $75 per person
- 3+ Tickets (All Airlines): $100 per person
- Voluntary Changes*: $100 per ticket
- Cancellations*: $0
- Emergency Assistance*: $0

Once your form is submitted, you’ll receive a response from the Exito Travel Services within 24 hours. Charges only apply once you approve the flights presented. At the time of confirmation, we accept all major credit cards.
24/7 Support:
All tickets booked through Exito Travel Services include access to 24/7 support for urgent travel needs. In the event of delays, cancellations, or other disruptions, their team is available to assist—working alongside your Privada advisor when needed.
Airline Loyalty Programs:
You’ll continue to earn loyalty points and status benefits with your preferred airlines. While Exito ensures your loyalty numbers are applied to bookings, redemption of points or miles must be managed directly with the airline.
Penalties & Cancellations:
Policies vary by airline, route, and fare class and will be clearly outlined at the time of booking. Travelers are responsible for ensuring all personal details are accurate. Airline-imposed penalties may apply for changes, including name corrections or ticket reissuance.
