We've guided travelers through extraordinary places, spent countless hours dreaming up new adventures, and made friends in far-flung corners of the world. Along the way, we've learned a thing or two about what makes a great trip.

Privada brings three longtime colleagues and friends back together around something we've always loved: sharing the world with others.

Between us, we've spent our careers exploring destinations, building relationships, and figuring out how to make even the most ambitious journeys feel effortless. We're based in Montana and Vermont, where family, the outdoors, and the next adventure are never far from our minds.

Today, we bring all of that experience and enthusiasm to Privada, creating personal, thoughtfully designed journeys for people who want to see the world their own way.

We take the details seriously. We believe the best travel should feel effortless. And we intend to have a whole lot of fun along the way.

Carol has spent her career making people feel at home, even halfway around the world. As Privada's founder and former head of sales and customer service at Austin Adventures, she knows that great travel is as much about the people as the places. Having explored more than 60 countries, she brings firsthand knowledge, genuine warmth, and a personal touch to every journey. For Carol, treating guests like family isn't just a philosophy. It's how she does business.

Kasey grew up in the adventure travel business, and she's been hooked ever since. From guiding trips to serving as president of Austin Adventures and other leading travel companies, she's experienced the industry from just about every angle. Recognized by Outside Magazine as the World's Top Family Guide, she's explored six continents and still loves discovering what's around the next corner. Based in Montana, she's happiest outdoors with her husband and two children, planning their next adventure.

Curtis has made a career out of going places and helping others do the same. From guiding adventures around the world to leading teams at some of the industry's most respected travel companies, he brings a hands-on perspective to everything Privada does. Having explored more than 50 countries, he's happiest discovering somewhere new, whether for a guest or with his family. Based in Vermont with his wife and two sons, you'll often find him on a mountain bike, skis, or plotting the next adventure.
